Nestled at the foothills of the Rhodope Mountains and neighboring the Arapovski Monastery, Lavinia Estate Winery spans an area of about 1,500 square meters. This space is divided between a reception area for grape processing and initial vinification, a room for wine storage and stabilization, and a bottling room on the ground floor.
The finished wines age and are stored in underground facilities, which ensure constant temperature and relative humidity, crucial for the development of each wine. The equipment aligns entirely with our concept of producing small batches in the premium quality segment, featuring fermenters and stainless steel tanks with capacities ranging from 1 m³ to 8 m³. This gives us flexibility in our operations and allows us to fully express and preserve all the valuable qualities that the carefully cultivated vineyards have gathered in the grapes.
Currently, the winery has the capacity to process 350 tons of grapes in a single batch in the available fermenters, with the potential to produce up to 250,000 bottles.

Our location is magical and sacred – the village of Zlatovrukh in the Asenovgrad region, which carries a legend related to Aeneas, who brought a great golden treasure here from Troy. In the vicinity, there are 17 churches, 58 chapels, and 4 monasteries.
In our vineyards, we grow Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Marsanne, Roussanne, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc, which have found their second home here and boldly demonstrate their identity.
